Christophe Rouvinez 

Christophe Rouvinez is a seasoned finance and investment professional with decades of experience in risk management, private equity and wealth management.  

As the former CEO of the Müller-Möhl Group in Zurich, he held a key leadership role overseeing the family office’s investment activities. He has also held pivotal roles in the private equity industry at Horizon21 and Capital Dynamics. Christophe began his career in investment banking with Credit Suisse First Boston. With a PhD in Theoretical Physics from EPFL Lausanne, he is also recognized for authoring several impactful papers that have made significant contributions to the fields of finance and risk management.


Fredy Raas 

Fredy Raas is an experienced finance C-executive with decades of board experience in wealth and asset management.  

Fredy started his career in the inhouse consulting group of Siemens corporation in Munich with projects in Europe and US, after which he moved to the Metro Group where he took on various management roles in Switzerland and Germany, including CFO of Metro Cash & Carry Germany. In 2001 Fredy joined the family office of Prof. Otto Beisheim, one of the founders of Metro. Since then he has been managing director of Beisheim Holding GmbH in Baar, the wealth management company for the endowment of the Beisheim foundations. He is chairman of the Beisheim foundation in Munich and as vice-chairman of the Beisheim foundation in Baar. In addition to his core roles, Fredy also served as member of several boards of directors of listed and privately held companies in Switzerland and Germany. 

Fredy studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen, where he earned his Ph.D. in 1988 and worked as a research assistant. 


Marco Wulff 

Marco is CEO and Managing Partner and co-founder of Montana Capital Partners AG. 

Marco was previously co-head of the private equity secondary activities at Capital Dynamics, a global asset management firm. In this position he was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing secondary transactions on a global basis. In addition, he led primary investment activities in selected geographies. Prior to that, he worked for Munich Re Group as a private equity investment manager and helped in building up the firm’s private equity investment program. Previously, Marco was with Montagu Private Equity, a pan-European mid-market buyout firm focusing on direct transactions. He started his career in M&A Advisory for L.E.K. mainly advising private equity General Partners on buyout transactions. 

Marco holds a MSc and a Dr. rer. pol. and studied at the London School of Economics, the University of Cologne and the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. 


Martin Matern 

Martin is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and the global head of Fund Operations and chief financial officer of Europe & Asia Pacific. He is also a board member of PGIM Real Estate’s AIFMs in Germany and Luxembourg, and a board member of mcp. 

Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Martin was chief financial officer at Dawnay, Day Property Investment, Dusseldorf. Prior to this, he was head of Group Accounting at Siemens Real Estate, Munich, and manager at Ernst & Young, Munich. 

Martin studied business administration at the University of Passau, after he had finished training as a banker at the Bayerische Vereinsbank in Kempten. 


Stefanie Gey 

Dr. Stefanie Gey, is an experienced financial services sector professional with expertise in legal & compliance, risk & control as well as data protection and talent.  

She is also a sustainability entrepreneur, being the Founder & CEO of DrivingWhatMatters4ESG (DWM4ESG), a pioneering entity dedicated to shedding light on the millions of Solutions in the ‘E’, ‘S’ or ‘G’ sphere to help accelerate the 17 UN SDG. Before establishing DWM4ESG, Stefanie spent over a decade at Ernst & Young AG (EY), with different leadership responsibilities ranging from Regional Managing Partner Talent to Head Insurance Legal, Regulatory & Compliance and Global Insurance Law Leader. Her influence extended to further executive roles, including regional Data Protection & Privacy Leader for Germany, Switzerland & Austria (GSA) and Member of the Regional Consulting Executive Team. Prior to EY, Stefanie had different leadership functions in the financial services sector for almost a decade

Stefanie holds a PhD in jurisprudence from the University of Bern, following prior university law degrees in Switzerland and Germany. She is Co-Author of the Swiss Insurance Supervisory Law commentary (Basler Kommentar) and other financial services publications.
