David is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in the investment management industry. He started his career at the international law firm Linklaters, where he advised clients on the structuring and formation of investment funds and on structured real estate transactions. David left Linklaters in 2009 to join PGIM Real Estate, where he was Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Global Management Council. He left PGIM in 2023 to pursue a portfolio career as a non-executive director and lawyer. David holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leicester and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
