Fourth secondary fund with final close at its hard cap

Montana Capital Partners is pleased to announce the final closing of its fourth secondary program at the hard cap of EUR 800 million. The fund with its specific focus on attractive niches of the secondary market experienced again significant demand from investors and was highly oversubscribed after a brief fundraising period. It is mcp's fourth consecutive fund to be closed at its hard cap.

mcp has been very successful with its investment strategy focusing on small and/or complex transactions that are often sourced directly. The fund will continue to provide innovative and complex solutions for LPs as well as partnering with GPs in order to create attractive liquidity solutions and investment opportunities.
