Prior to joining mcp Sarah was a Senior HR Business Partner for a global Japanese Cooperation, headquartered in Switzerland. During her 15 years tenure in Human Resources, she held various roles & responsibilities, developed, and transformed the HR department within smaller and larger organisations and led teams. She worked in different industries such as FMCG, Medtech & Pharma. Sarah holds a federal Certificate in Human Resources and SVEB– educator for adults.
