Before joining mcp, Stefano worked in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking division in Zurich and at the Swiss based sell-side advisor Trium Corporate Finance, where he advised companies and sponsors on mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions. During his studies, he also worked on the Series C financing round of everphone, in the investment team of Plug and Play Tech Center, and in the private banking division of Credit Suisse. Stefano holds a M.A. in Banking and Finance and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen (HSG).
