Barbara Werthmüller

Barbara is a Director and Head HR/ Chief People Officer at Montana Capital Partners AG.

Prior to joining mcp, Ms. Werthmüller has worked for more than 10 years in HR at Partners Group AG, a global leader in private market investments. During this time, she worked in different roles. As Global HR Business Partner, she was the point of contact for management in all HR matters, as Global Head HR Operations she built up and expanded the global operations team and as Global Head for the Center of Expertise Services she was responsible for both HR systems and global HR processes.

Barbara holds a master in HR management and pursued an Executive MBA at University of Zurich in General Management with a focus in Digital Transformation.
