Eduard Lemle

Eduard is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Montana Capital Partners AG.

Eduard previously was with AlpInvest Partners, the private equity fund-of-funds and secondaries arm of The Carlyle Group, where he led the firm’s portfolio management activities. Prior to that, he led the New York office of Swiss Re Private Equity Partners, the private markets fund-of-funds business of Swiss Re. In this position he oversaw the sourcing, analysis and execution of private equity fund investments in North America and Latin America. Eduard started his career at Allianz Capital Partners in both Munich and New York, one of the largest European based institutional investors in private equity funds, with further experience gained at HgCapital in London, a leading European mid-market buyout firm.

Eduard has served on the Advisory Board of over 65 private equity, venture capital and mezzanine debt funds.

Eduard graduated from Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich with a degree in Business and Economics and received an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors.
