Urs Rieder

Urs is a Managing Director of Montana Capital Partners AG.

Urs was previously Senior Investment Director at DB Private Equity in Cologne. Before that, he was Managing Director with Capital Dynamics responsible for evaluating, selecting and monitoring private equity and infrastructure funds on a global basis. Over his 14 years tenure, he also led the local investment team in Switzerland and advised clients as Key Account Manager on private assets investments. Prior to that, he was a member of the Executive Board of the startup Ricardo.ch, the leading online-auction provider in Switzerland. Urs started his career at UBS, advising large institutional clients in investment banking. He also worked as financial analyst in the UBS Fixed Income & High Yield Research team in Stamford.

Urs holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur.
