Before joining MCP, Dafina worked at Credit Suisse as a Relationship Manager where she supervised her own client portfolio. Her private equity career took off in 2017 after her commercial apprenticeship where she joined the CS Private Equity Group as a Junior Sales Representative to support fundraising activities and daily transactions.
