Before joining MCP, Fatlind worked as an Operations & Fund Administrator at a Swiss asset management company specialized in real estate. In this role, he was responsible for the administration of investment funds and asset management mandates of institutional clients.

Fatlind holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich and a Master of Science in Banking & Finance at ZHAW School of Management and Law.
