Jean-François Helfer

Jean-François is the founder of Capfield Private Equity, a private equity firm offering independent and customized investment advisory solutions to private and institutional investors. Prior to this, Jean-François was Head of International Investments at Natixis Private Equity (subsidiary of French banking group BPCE) for 14 years, where he developed and implemented the group international private equity investment strategy, building a broad platform of affiliated investment teams across ten countries in Europe and emerging markets with a dedicated focus on the small and midcap segments. Following a change of strategy, he was in charge of creating liquidity options to readjust the portfolio. Prior to this, Jean-François was Investment Manager with GOE Fund focusing on direct investments.

Jean-François holds a MBA from HEC Business School, received a Dip.Man from Leicester University and a MSc in Management from Skema Business School.
