Alessandro Delorenzi

Alessandro is a Vice President, Legal Counsel at Montana Capital Partners AG.

Alessandro was previously Senior Legal Counsel in the Financial Investments Department of Suva in Lucerne, where he supported the investment teams in legal, regulatory and compliance matters, mainly in connection with Suva’s and its pension fund’s investments in private equity funds and hedge funds. Prior to that, Alessandro collected legal working experiences at ECHO Partners AG in Wollerau, a Swiss investment advisor, Allianz Suisse AG in the Central Corporate Department in Wallisellen, Deloitte AG in the Corporate/M&A Legal Team in Zurich and Credit Suisse AG in the Hedge Funds and non-traditional investment products legal and compliance team in Zurich.

Alessandro holds an LL.M. (Corporate and Commercial Law) from Maastricht University, a Master of Law with focus on Business Law from the University of Zurich and he is a Swiss qualified lawyer.
